The ‘Fuketa’ Letters

In 1992 - 1993, while researching an article about the ‘WHITE’ Nikonos camera for ‘The Nikon Historical Society Journal’, Mr. Bob Rogen of Sacramento California, made contact with Mr. Masahiko Fuketa, a retired chief engineer from Nikon’s design department. The following letters were part of their correspondence and provide a unique insight into the early years of the Nikonos camera.
